Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Warwick Township

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! My husband and I took my mother-in-law and her sister to the American Music Theatre. It’s a long drive for round trip travel so I looked for an Airbnb in the area. Jane’s was one of the first ones to pop up. Reading the description, needing everything to be on one floor, Jane’s place was a perfect fit. The cost was very reasonable. Jane is a kind and responsive host. She responded quickly when I sent her any messages and she had beautiful place to stay. Thank you, Jane!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It was in a great location, very clean, and the perfect size for our family. The backyard was private and provided a nice relaxing environment. Great home.

This place exceeded my expectations. It has an open concept once you walk in, along with a sun room you can relax in. It was very clean and the beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home. The property is peaceful and scenic, with a lovely creek and walking trails right outside the door—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and the cozy touches throughout the house that made it feel like home. There was a bit of noise from the nearby parkway, but the host had a white noise machine available, which helped a lot and showed great attention to guest comfort. Annette was incredibly kind and responsive, even offering us some great local recommendations when our planned event was unexpectedly cancelled. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway with a personal touch!

The Jefferson House was a wonderful place to visit for a quick night away. It looks exactly like the pictures with many thoughtful touches throughout the home. Clean, comfy, a home away from home. Quiet but a quick drive/walk has you right in the heart of downtown Lancaster with many delicious options for food and entertainment. Jason was a great host, who took the time to provide wonderful instructions prior to arriving, and just a call away if needed.

The pictures don’t justify how beautiful and spacious the house is. The architectural aesthetics melted the functionality and space together. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. If you are looking for a healing weekend/getaway, this is the Airbnb you will not want to miss.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

What a beautiful peaceful location. We had to drive everywhere we went but that was our intent. Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was spotless, and we had plenty of space for our belongings. We’ll definitely book this place again!

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. The host is a great communicator. Well defined rules. They have plenty of linens, towels and pillows. The bathroom is loaded with things you may need. The kitchen is the same way. There are treats set in a basket on the table. I brought my own coffee but coffee is readily available. Air conditioning works perfectly. The area is quiet and private. I would stay here again .

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as we did last time. The space is much larger than what the pictures show. It's pristine clean and has all of the necessities. I forgot to grab creamer for my coffee so was so happy to find some already in the fridge. The bed and the couch are really comfortable. This location is 10-15 min drive to all the happenings in and around Lancaster (I think we were 7 mins to Windmill Farm and about 10 mins to Sight & Sound) but there's so much to do within walking distance if you don't feel like getting out. We love walking through the shops at Kettle Kitchen, feeding the goats, and getting ice cream from Cold Rolled Creamery so this location is perfect for us! I highly recommend staying at the Carriage House Suite if you're going to be in the area.

Brian was a great host and the home was wonderful to stay in. Easy instructions and not too many house rules, so we didn't feel like we were on edge. The loft was very unique and had so much to be discovered.

We have stayed in one of Matt’s airbnbs before and same as the first time, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is beautiful, private, and exactly as described. It was easy to find and Matt gave us specific instructions for everything. He puts thoughtful touches into everything like the bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities, and extra blankets and board games. The bed was comfortable and the private deck was wonderful to sit out on in the morning. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and peaceful. Love this place and will absolutely be back! :)

My daughter and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Wendy’s place. It was quiet and very clean. We loved the vintage decor, and the bed was comfortable.

We loved staying at Travis and Gabrielle's place. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed for a long stay. The house was beautiful and well stocked with linens and kitchen ware. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard because it was hot and rained several days but it looked beautiful through the window! 😊 We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

Fantastic location close to main street! Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated spot that comfortably fit myself and four friends. Ample parking available as well, which was an added perk. We will definitely be staying at Cece's place anytime and everytime we come back to Newark!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Val was so helpful with ideas of what to see in town. We can’t wait to return. One of the best places we have stayed by far.
