Great location! Lots of stairs, so mindful of that if you have any seniors in your group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants!

The house is so beautiful and it has everything you could need. We were a large family (6 adults and 4 kids) and felt we had plenty of space. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room made it easy for us all to be in the same space but not feel cramped. They were also very quick to send additional nespresso pods to the house when asked for them, which was greatly appreciated. A wonderful place to stay if you’re a large group and want to explore different areas around DC.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and closed. The host was very helpful and responsive. Problems were resolved immediately. Overall one of the best living situations.

We traveled to DC with our 3 kids and this was the perfect spot for us! We were able to easily walk to all attractions we wanted to see in a nice environment. The house itself was spacious, beautiful and very clean! Michael recommended some local places to go to as soon as we got there which we used! Loved our stay here!

Kelly reached out to ensure we had all we needed. The house was spacious and in a quiet little neighborhood. There were 7 of us and we never ran out of hot water. We enjoyed sitting at the fire in the private yard at the end of the day. The Court House metro station, restaurants and CVS and 7-Eleven stores were within walking distance. I'd recommended this place to anyone who is visiting Washington DC. It was perfect for our stay.

Humble description for a truly luxurious house. The master bathroom is everything. The AC unit/ system is a dream. So quiet and wonderfully close to everything. Large fenced in backyard- appliances are all next level. It will be hard to go home!

Location to Metro worked well for our adventures in WDC. Grocery available close and several easy to locate restaurants

We loved this place! Beds super comfortable, kitchen with great appliances and very well stocked with cooking essentials. Parking was great, big enough for our Van. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!

The place was gorgeous and so comfortable. Plenty of space, and very well-stocked across the board (the kitchen was more well-equipped than my own at home). If you have a large group, this space is great for spreading out, having multiple bedrooms across all three floors and a lovely sitting area right when you walk in. Everything is bright, clean, updated, etc. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and helpful, and the folder provided with local attractions and suggestions for food and drink was invaluable. If you need a large space, this will suit you well. The only possible downside is the location, where the neighborhood can be a bit rough in parts, but the neighbors were all friendly and welcoming, so we were never too worried. Overall, amazing experience.

Fantastic House and amazing location. The area was fully ofbeutiful buildong and great places to eat. Nice and quiet but still an easy Uber ride into downtown DC.

Cute and comfortable stay. The beds were comfy and everything appeared clean. The yard was great and the neighborhood was very nice and walkable. Great location in Falls Church with lots of restaurants near by.

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and full of character. It comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and 5 kids, with plenty of room to spread out. In town for a wedding and quick day trip to DC, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad, and we appreciated having three dedicated parking spots. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, though the weather was a bit chilly and the hot tub didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, but the host let us know they're working on it. I was worried the nearby train noise would be a problem, but not noticeable with no horns overnight. Everyone in the group kept saying this was the best airbnb we've ever stayed at and would absolutely stay here again!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

House is amazing!! Everything was perfect and well organized!! Will definitely be back at this property. Excellent communication.

Love the space! I cooked for my family and had everything pot, plates, cups, utensils, you name it. The pool was great, wasn't ice cold. The grill was clean and easy to use. Bedroom was perfect especially if you have ones. Bathroom had smart bidet toilets, another bathroom had a smart mirror. This home is very modern and warm. Thank you Daniel for being kind and letting us stay.

Kevin communicated with us well and the house was great. We had lots of room and the pool was wonderful. We plan on coming thanksback again.
