Really enjoyable and well-priced stay in DC, in easy reach by car, tram or metro to the centre and all the major sights. Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean and comfortable.

One of the coolest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Loved the vibe, the wall of windows looking at the trees, and super comfy beds. Would defiantly stay here again.

Our stay was great. Chrissy and Lee were extremely accommodating and communicative. The home was as described, clean, and very welcoming. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family with small kids. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Jennifer’s Airbnb was great, very clean, quiet, private, and convenient to transit. The parking spot was a huge convenience. Jennifer was easy to communicate with when questions arose. All around good experience. :)

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

Carlos was extremely kind and help with his listing. The property felt more like a home than an Airbnb, decor has personality verses the usual Airbnb look. Home had tons of natural light and would probably look extremely beautiful watching snow fall.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable; I'd go back as there's a lot more to do in the immediate neighborhood and good walking in the surrounding area. We had a bit of street noise our first night (Friday of a holiday weekend), but even that quieted down around 10ish. A very pleasant stay. Oh, and Eric & Kate are terrific hosts. Super responsive and gracious -- even when I made a mistake that certainly inconvenienced them. Couldn't ask for better.

Stayed here for a work conference with my family! Cannot say enough great things about this place! Loved having an outdoor space, easy to find and check into. Never had an issue with parking. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

By far, the best AirBnB experience my partner and I have ever had. There is a reason for such incredible reviews! Phillip’s attention to details was impeccable, the entire place was incredibly clean and spotless. Every room was well thought out, with quality furniture and fixtures. Upon our arrival, Philip provided us with well thought out instructions to finding our way to his place, along with a welcome note and gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief but relaxing stay. It is very close to all the attractions in town, and a quick walkable Starbucks just down the street. I was dreading the DC traffic, but Phillips place was perfectly situated in an area we didn’t have to deal with much traffic at all! Overall, 10/10 for our stay. We will absolutely look to book here again whenever we come back in the future. I can’t recommend his place enough. You won’t find a better place that’s clean, comfortable, and close to the main parts of town. Thanks Phillip for the lovely host!

Really great place to stay that is easy to access the metro line and far enough out of the city to avoid some of the major stresses. Lots to do and see within walking distance of the house itself, only about a 10 minute walk to the train.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.
