Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Washington

My coworkers and I had a great stay at Colin's place during a 2-week work trip. The unit is very spacious and well furnished, and great for longer-term stays - it's also situated near a lot of excellent restaurants (like the Coupe, our favorite restaurant in DC). Colin is very responsive to any issues that might arise, and the neighbors are in contact with him in case of any emergencies (like saving me when some maintenance guys accidentally locked me out of the basement unit!) Would recommend!

Beautiful place to stay not far at all from the National Mall, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Their place was very clean and had room for plenty of people to stay. We had a great overall time and would definitely come back it is worth a visit.

My wife and I, along with our French Bulldog stayed at Maggie’s place while visiting our Grandson who lives just three blocks away. The house was just what we were looking for. It had everything that we needed. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and is very close to many of DC’s historical landmarks. We highly recommend staying at Maggie’s home, and we would certainly stay there again.

We rented the full house for a group in town for performances, and it worked out perfectly. The space is well laid out, with plenty of room for a larger group, and there’s some fun, quirky artwork that gives the place a unique character. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants, a Whole Foods, and lots of other spots within easy walking distance. We found it very comfortable, and the host was responsive and well-organized. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place! Beds super comfortable, kitchen with great appliances and very well stocked with cooking essentials. Parking was great, big enough for our Van. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!

Clean, convenient and super helpful for our family of four. We had a great time and had so many amenities that really made it feel like a home vs a hotel room!

Nice building that has many amenities and is very close to train station. We enjoyed the week visiting all of the sites DC has to offer.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Stella was helpful, easy check in. This placed had a pool and a gym. Very friendly front Desk workers. This apartment was clean and comfortable. The location of this Airbnb was close to everything we needed to see (close to the Metro). We were able to go to watch The Nationals baseball team play, went to the National Mall and Memorial Parks, Ghost tour, Smithsonian National Zoological Park, Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, and a concert at The Festival Grounds at RFK (Using the Metro to get around). Lots of restaurants around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Washinton DC. Had a wonderful time in Washington DC. Thank you Stella Lux

Great location and clear instructions. The bed wasn’t too comfortable but I didn’t mind it too much. Garage parking was great and accessible from the building. Close to the bus and metro. Also not far from a dog park. Concierge was a nice perk as well

This was a wonderful experience for our family that came to DC for our daughter’s graduation. The home had everything we needed and provided a relaxing, comfortable space, complete with a beautiful yard and pool. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful spot to stay for a few days while in town for work! I always enjoy staying in a different neighborhood, outside of downtown so I can see where the locals live - the area was buzzing day and night, great food, shopping and coffee all very close! The apartment was such a perfect size for what I needed and so clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying again! Matt was very responsive and even came and said hello when I arrived. He was ready to give suggestions for places to eat and said the street is gorgeous in the Fall when all the trees turn yellow- great excuse to return!

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

Daniel and James were great hosts. Their place was beautiful spacious and very comfortable. Also, modern and extremely clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and we were a short ride share or walk to everything. We loved our stay!

The bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The place is secluded but easy to get somewhere by Lyft or uber. Our host was responsive and helpful and there are local guidebooks in the Airbnb. If you want a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place for you.
