Monthly Rentals in Washington Park, Denver

Sami, we enjoyed our stay. Great location and very nice home setup. We walked and enjoyed several restaurants in the area.

I would highly recommend staying at a place Cindy and Tim are hosting! I had an extended stay with them and they were always responsive, helpful, and friendly. If something ever broke/wasn’t working properly they had the issue resolved promptly.

Our stay in Meredith and Anson’s lovely carriage house could not have been better. The space is delightful and well-appointed. The hosts are attentive and considerate. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We stayed for about 2 months when we had just moved to Denver and needed temporary lodging. Can’t imagine a better place to land. It was also great for our pup; despite not having a yard, the alley was great for a quick outing and the neighborhood streets are very walkable, not to mention Wash Park just down the way. I was unsure about only having the tub, but came to really enjoy a luxurious bath. We felt completely at home during our stay and were sad to leave!

This Air BnB was so perfectly equipped!! We stay in a lot of places and Jennifer’s extra amenities were above and beyond! Yes, you can hear everything that the tenants above are doing; walking, talking, TV and then there is a dog with a bone, but it didn’t impact our trip. Just have to be up early and not up late! Great location! Safe! And perfect parking off street! Loved our stay!!! Would recommend for sure.
