Condo holiday rentals in Washington

We loved our stay in Phuongs studio. The central location worked really well for us, so we walked everywhere from the studio. Parking spot in the garage was a big plus. The studio is well organised, and a good base for a couple. It had everything we needed for our stay. The little rooftop terrace was a nice plus, so we could sit there and enjoy the evening. Phuong gave very good instructions for the stay, and was always very responsive.

Nice place on the south side of Seattle. Quick drive to/from the airport. It is a little noisy with the highway traffic close by but if you aren’t a sensitive sleeper you will be fine.

We had a wonderful stay! The views from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we had fun using the BBQ for an evening dinner. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in the penthouse apartment at Marina's Edge was unparalleled. From booking all the way through checking out, Kelly was responsive to questions and proactive in providing critical information to our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay -- plenty of towels, dishes, and seating overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan. Lots of local literature provided to which was very helpful, and it was a quick walk to bars/tasting rooms in downtown Manson which was a huge plus. Kelly was also super fast to respond to an issue with the keypad to ensure we weren't locked out long when that system malfunctioned. A stunning spot, well-kept space and a friendly and responsive host -- the perfect stay!!

Beautiful condo, full of amenities, comfy bed, gorgeous views. Perfect for longer stays. We were only there for a couple of nights, making it hard to justify all the air BnB fees, but not the hosts fault. Would certainly rent again when we have longer time to visit my grandsons.

The condo was clean and well-stocked to make a guest comfortable. Ken responded quickly to messages. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise so future guests should be aware of this. Also, the condo is billed as being air conditioned. There is a portable AC in the bedroom that is not great. The unit itself does not have central air. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

We felt very welcome into their vacation condo. The details made towards insuring our comfort, down to bottled water upon arrival and more was much appreciated. A bottle of white wine and Godiva chocolates were placed on the kitchen island along with the parking cards...a nice welcome to the condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. The convenience of walking to Father's Day brunch and later to dinner was perfect. Sherri and Dan sent a lengthy welcome message to us 48 hours prior to arrival, listing the restaurants, coffee houses and their proximity. The communication was great. We had a fantastic stay at this exceptional condo in Westport! The space was modern and spotless with beautiful ocean views. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. From the cozy furnishings to the little extras (e.g. beach towels) everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect with kids - just a short walk to the beach. We loved the complex's warm pools and hot tub - especially helpful in Washington's chilly spring weather. It was a short drive to downtown to get great food. It really felt like a true getaway. The host was communicative and quick to respond. Since we were the first guests of the season, they generously offered us an extra free day/early check-in—such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, modern, and relaxing escape in Westport. We’d love to return!

Perfect spot to spend a few days away with the family. With two small children, we loved how easy it was to access the beach and waking trail. The unit was comfortable and plenty of space for our family of four. We’ll definitely visit again!

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.

Before check in to check out, it is obvious Linda’s Guests are important to her. She is thoughtful and kind in her communication. Professional and exceptionally responsive. This was a very important Birthday trip for my husband and we could not have been more spoiled by Linda. She takes great care in everything that is included in her home, for her guests. Everything you could want and many things you would not ever have thought of. The Kitchen WOW, Entertainment area, Beach Activities & Games, Bathroom items & Additional Sleeping Comfort to the MAX! Linda’s Home is Loaded like 3 Homes in 1. Everything is perfectly organized and CLEAN. Great care and pride is put into this home for her guests. Wonderful motivation to take good care of everything, like family. It was an honor to stay and we can’t wait to return again and again. Spectacular!

Great location, 5 min from Gasworks Park and 15min walk to some coffee shops!

We love golfing at Suncadia, and this was a nice place to stay to enjoy that. Room is as advertised, clean, and conveniently in the lodge so you can enjoy all the amenities. We would stay there again.

Rachel is an outstanding host! Her place is very comfortable, well stocked, filled with games, beach chairs, everything you could want in a kitchen, comfortable beds and more! She has thought of every detail to make anyone’s vacation stay perfect. Rachel is very responsive and helpful. This is truly one of the best Airbnb stays that we have had as a family. Rachel’s place receives my highest five star recommendation!

I really loved staying here, even for a short while as it was centrally located for all the key tourist spots. I feel like I was able to get around pretty easily either by walking or the public transit. Caroline was very responsive and welcoming. I even used the guide she provided to get my quick list of recommendations of places to visit and see. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable and accessible spot while staying in Seattle.

I had such a lovely stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable, I haven’t slept that well in a long time. The natural lighting throughout the space made everything feel peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Leanne was such a kind and attentive host; her warmth was felt from the moment I arrived. You can truly tell she puts care into every detail, creating a cozy and effortless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Helen was communicative and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I can't say enough good about the views and the location of this condo. We were fortunate enough to have clear and dry weather for the majority of our visit and the views of the Olympics and Mt. Ranier were spectacular! The concierge was always friendly and available for recommendations, etc. The parking garage feels secure and the proximity to basic groceries/goods could not be more convenient! Wonderful place to stay!

The condo is very nice. Tall ceilings and wonderful view. Central heat and A/C. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Two beds and two baths made it a very comfortable stay for me and my mother. Close to downtown Chelan and the lovely wineries like Sorrento’s and Vin du Lac. Short drive to Elephant Head hike. Really nice!

Fantastic stay in a great neighborhood. Very close to town. Host was very responsive and took care of initial troubles with WiFi and the Tv. Would come back again.

Excellent location, clean space, beautiful place with everything what you need to have a great time in Seattle. I Wil definitely come back. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were awesome and also the BBQ area was super nice. Thanks to Elta for hosting us.

Second stay here, will continue to be my go to place when staying in Woodinville area.
