You may hear faint noises from shared living and light footsteps upstairs. This space is not suitable for children or infants

Private entrance with well-lit pathway for late arrivals, great day lighting, and tall ceilings with extra insulation to minimize noise from the main house. Full kitchen has dishwasher. Bathroom has heated floors and large shower. In-unit laundry, instant hot water, and A/C from heat pump.

Looking for a cozy personal retreat, a central location for adventure, or just a place to spend a few nights or a weekend? This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
