Place is very clean. Gina was such a lovely host and even made me a birthday cake! She made us feel right at home and the location was perfect for what we needed. Bed was extremely soft and the shower gets nice and hot. I would stay again.

Petra and Lance went out of their way to assist me in feeling comfortable and at home. Petra was very proactive in anticipating the items I might need. Lance always ensured the coffee was ready for brew in the morning... all I had to do was hit the button, wait for the bell, and pour. I want to thank both of them for a fantastic stay.

Raol is a gracious and generous host providing continental breakfast, fresh brewed coffee & tea, bottled water, chilled grapefruit seltzer and even frozen water bottles for your cooler. He had fantastic recommendations for local cuisine and mentioned favorite dishes he enjoyed, and wow, were they ever delicious! Raol mentioned unique places to visit with amusing historic side stories. His place was quiet, private, restful and peaceful with shade trees, plants and container gardens which was pleasantly lighted with various ambient sources at night. He aims to make your stay enjoyable. I would love to stay there anytime I am back in the area. Raol made Carson City a place I would love to visit again and explore more✨

Beautiful and cozy place close to so many amazing hiking spots. Dawn was lovely and so were her pups! Very happy with my stay and would highly recommend.
