While you’re enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and the sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

You have private use of the entire walk-out lower level facing the lake with a covered patio, open floor plan, granite/butcher/stainless steel kitchen, games, pool table, puzzles, and washer/dryer. The bedroom area has cherrywood furnishings and a king sleigh bed with a Dream Cloud Premium mattress. Lake access is a short walk, a DNR boat launch, Kayak, boat rental, marina are 1 mile

The perfect location to explore the surrounding Pinckney Recreation Area, Potawatomi Trails, and Lakeland B2B Trail. A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe.... Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

A private entry and plenty of on street parking make arrival and departure easy. The comfortable living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two people as well as a pull out twin bed. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator as well as a toaster oven and electric kettle. One bedroom has a full size bed & the other has a twin/trundle. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.
