This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

The house was clean and well appointed. It is very close to downtown, walking to all that downtown has to offer.

Stayed here with my family during a wedding weekend nearby. Great place for a group since there were so many bedrooms with larger beds (i.e. not having to cram everyone into a room with multiple bunk beds). We really liked the walkability to Ann Arbor -- not too far of a walk to the Arboretum, Campus, or to even get downtown. Hosts were on top of communication; though we didn't need anything, we felt like if anything did come up, we'd get the support we needed.

Great stay overall! Extremely clean. Hosts were responsive and attempted to accommodate all requests. They even had things delivered bases on our requests. Hot tubs and grills were a really nice to have. There were two of each. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was near everything we were interested in. The area is beautiful and walkable. So much nature, and we absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone else needing a great place to stay in a great area for a reasonable price.

Had a great experience, property was just as described. Street parking was always available and did not run into any other patrons during my stay, felt like staying at a hotel. Unit was clean and well kept. Great location in proximity to UMich campus. Would definitely stay here again in the future

It was a little pricy for the size of the place. It really needs an extra chair or two in the living room. There was not enough seating for the 5 of us. But it was a nice clean place. Nicely remodeled and did I say clean!!

I was looking for a local place to house my mom and I couldn't ask for a cleaner, nicer, well-appointed place in Ypsi. Abril communicated quickly, the house is in a great location for access to local coffee, bars, shops, and a park. Although the house is well-insulated, it is near the railroad tracks, so for light sleepers I'd recommend a pair of earplugs. Otherwise, I'm bookmarking this spot for future stays!

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

We didn't have any problems. Check in was easy. Host always got back to us quickley. The Place was very nice and very clean. We felt right at home. My daughter loved the little vanities in each of the Bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Lauren is who handled our stay. The home is exactly as described, if not better than we thought. Some people complained about the train being behind the home, but it never bothered us at all, it was quick and actually quieter than we thought it would be, it was never an issue during our stay. The home is spacious and clean, and the beds and linens were really comfortable. Lauren checked on us a couple times just to see if we needed anything, which we didn't, but appreciated the fact she asked. The town is a nice quite place, I recommend the railway museum, it's a hidden gem. Overall, we were really pleased with everything and will be staying with Lauren and Mike again when we come to Michigan.

Jason’s home accommodated the entire family and was a great preparation space for a 100 guest baby shower that we held at a nearby venue. A couple of drawbacks were the lack of kitchen essentials and weather related hazards. As a Detroit native visiting from Arizona, snow and ice removal was not a major factor however it was a concern and Jason was prompt in addressing this issue in a timely manner. Overall rating 5⭐️’s and we’ll be rebooking in the spring!

Came into town with a friend couple to visit Canada for the day. The neighborhood was so so cute and very safe. Loved the historic home. The backyard was cute but the weather wasn't nice enough for us to enjoy unfortunately. Queen bed was comfortable and show pressure was nice! Would stay here again!

This lake house suited our family of 8 perfectly. Walled Lake is beautiful. The kids loved fishing, swimming and playing in the water. Great house. Great hosts.

We loved this place! Perfect and walkable to Downtown Royal Oak. We were attending a concert at the theatre and had a really great day in the area beforehand. The space was comfy, homey, and had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely return!

Great home in a good location. Located very close to downtown and with the additional benefit of being in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful with great communication. Highly recommended.
