The place was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in UM . Great location and quiet neighbourhood. David and his team members always responded actively. We truly enjoyed our stay, and definitely will stay again the next time we are in town.

We had a quick but nice stay at the Frances house. We were in town for a funeral and James was very accommodating for our stay and was genuinely caring regarding our situation. The house is as described in the pictures and very clean. There were also snacks and coffee pods provided. Several restaurants and coffee shops around the corner to walk to. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

We were visiting Ypsilanti to attend a wedding. The location of the house was great, easily walkable to Depot Town (where the bus for the wedding picked us up). We brought both of our dogs with us and they loved the backyard and nearby park.

I had a wonderful 4-week stay at Patrick's house, along with two friends and two cats. The place is even better than what it looks and Patrick made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful long stay. He was also very easy to reach out to, promptly solved anything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

This Airbnb is one of my favorites that I have stayed in. It was very accommodating. I was surprised at all the little details they included to ensure you felt welcomed. More than enough towels and linens and toys for my kids.

Ivy's home is just that, a HOME! I felt at home during my stay. The house is well kept, the household furniture's including appliances were all in great form. The location is great and peaceful. My expectations were exceeded, and I will definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation home rental.

We had a great time in Ann Arbor during our stay at Alexa's place. The house had everything we needed. The parking is great, the couches and bed are very comfortable, and the patio was awesome. We even saw some rabbits back there ! It was very clean and the owner is very responsive. This is our new go-to place in Ann Arbor. Everything was perfect.

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

The location was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. The outdoor kitchen was a great perk! And my little boys said petting the pups was the highlight of our trip! 😂

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

We loved our stay. It was just as described. Very nice place and peaceful. Judi has anything you could possibly need. Everything we forgot, she had. Including aspirin and travel sized bottles of mouthwash. Her communication was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks, Judi!

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. The house was clean and cozy and had everything you might need. Dave was very responsive when we had questions and check in and out was seamless. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and Dave was a great host.

We chose this place because it was near the wedding venue we were in town for and we needed to be close to our elderly dog. Pictures were accurate, space was perfect for our family. Sofa has space for 4 adults to lounge, and there is an ottoman and a chair as well. Kitchen is roomy with a nice dining table. Refrigerator was spotless, island and counter top had areas that had not been cleaned, which I easily washed up. We did not have any meals there, other than snacks. There’s a French press & coffee grinder, but our kids were sleeping so we didn’t use it. There were several spiders in the home, including one on the door to greet us. My daughter is terrified of spiders so I quickly removed them. Back yard is small but has a deck. Couldn’t get lites to turn on. Front yard had nice lawn. House is at the corner of a busy intersection and there was lots of road noise. Would stay again if in the area for convenience of location. Nice spot for a group of 4-5 ppl.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it was absolutely amazing. Jill and her husband Mike were very welcoming and helpful. The house and property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We walked in and felt right at home. They answered any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner during our stay and even made sure our kids were enjoying themselves. Their place is a must stay and we'll definitely be coming back in the future.

Maureen’s place was my favorite Airbnb ever, and I’ve stayed in quite a few. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and incredibly well-stocked. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Great shower, very comfortable beds, and a lovely back patio. And Maureen was very helpful and responsive. Hope to return many more times!

It was a lovely place to stay. We had come in for a child's graduation and it was big enough for our family to gather and spend time together between events and in the evenings. Host was extremely thoughtful and sweet throughout our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.
