Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

My accommodation is located at our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau can be reached in a few minutes. There is a beautiful foot/bike path to Wasserburg Dorf. The 1-room apartment has a beautiful terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are included in the price. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within easy walking distance.

Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
