Situé sur Pont Varin proche de Wassy, pour les amoureux de la Nature, nous mettons à disposition notre petit chalet indépendant version "studio" de 30m2, situé au sein de notre propriété au bord d'un étang et à l'orée des bois. Il se situe proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, maison médicale, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie ect..) à 1km ainsi que du Lac du Der à 15km, de ses plages et ses activités nautiques, accessibles par piste cyclable qui peut s'emprunter à 500m de notre logement.

Situé dans un petit village, ou il fait bon vivre, vous profiterez de la nature, des balades à deux pas du vignoble champenois. Le gîte se trouve à 25 minutes du parc d attraction Nigloland.
