A beautiful place. Had wonderful time with my family. The place was clean and spacious. Zawadi the caretaker was lovely. Would recommend this place. Perfect for family.

I felt at home immediately I arrived at Swordfish.The guard expressed readiness to host us.During the stay,Gladys was very helpful and made our stay cool . Rossella assisted with a list of cabs to engage during the stay that we really appreciated.I would highly recommend Swordfish samaki house to anyone willing to stay in Malindi.

An incredible house in a beautiful garden. We loved sitting outside by the pool and using the upstairs area. Host was very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time. No complaints at all!

WOW!! What a fabulous trip had by all!! 8 adults and 1 baby stayed for 10 nights at Shuma house. We had an incredible trip. Shuma is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, you really feel at one with nature here!. Shuma house itself is stunning, plenty of space for everyone, all the rooms are quirky, spacious and full of personality. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, and all work incredibly hard to ensure we are well fed and looked after. Martin, Shumas chef cooked us the most delicious meals night after night! Lots of choice and flexibility with meal choices/timings/allergies etc. Robert was amazing and tended to our every need, especially our daughter Elkies needs! Thank you all so much for making our trip to Shuma House absolutely fabulous! It was an emotional goodbye, but it certainly wont be the last!! We will be back!! Thank you! 🤩

We were genuinely happy and excited during our stay at Korosho House and the staff - Moses for showing us around and taking us on different activities, Francis for the very tasty food, excellent and accountability while doing the meal plans, Vivian for always keeping the house clean and being around. The view and the pictures on the website were upto par. Fun fact : When you go there plan to go for at least 2 weeks #many activities available. The only "disappointment "is that we only stayed for 3 nights next time we should definitely come for 7 nights. The pool was very clean, the compound was well kept, there is an outdoor patio along with an outside gym. The environment was serene and secure and the creek had a beautiful sunset view. Also games for kids and ocean related activities. The price is inclusive of the chef's services.

Rose is a fantastic host together with the staff on site, always keeping it clean, helping when needed! Very nice house and cozy pool, nice to also have neighbours (two similar houses next to each other). Only thing to note is that the location is slightly off but we rented motorbikes that were delivered to the house and Anthony the Tuktuk driver is great to drive you anywhere, so not a problem in the end! Also Kenyan power with the power cuts, but the generator always worked so it wasn’t a big issue.

This is a great place to do your vacations as it has a huge pool with daybeds and it is next to the beach as well. Gianluca is a great host you can trust him with his recommendations. Especially using a chef while you stay at this place. Thank you once again.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing, amazing, amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the house manager, who made sure we felt right at home. The space itself was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable- everything we could have hoped for. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Every morning, we received a thoughtful check-in call to see how our night was, which was such a nice touch. The service providers were also fantastic- they ensured our place was spotless, security was top-notch, and they even helped us with our luggage. A special thank you to the team for accommodating our request for an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a huge difference given our itinerary. That level of flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% recommend this place to friends. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another visit!

William's place was a haven of peace and tranquility from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The place felt like a second home with amazing views, a very welcoming helper - Jonathan, whose food was always so delicious and amazing - and the pool, which was a highlight of our entire stay. we couldn't get enough of everything. We are very pleased with the listing and already making plans to return. I will highly recommend William's place as the best place for anyone visiting Malindi.

The place was amazing and looked even better in person. The hosts were very responsive and reachable. The house was very clean and the environment was very good. The pool and proximity to the beach were sich a great feature. I would definitely recommend the place. 5 stars!

Safety is very important to me as I have had problems at other locations; Nathan's place has 24/7 security and is very secure.

This place is an absolute gem. My girlfriend and I had to extend our stay and needed a quite place to work remotely. This was it! Very peaceful, great internet and very temperate (never got too hot). Philippe, the host, was super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. Also the kitchen was superb, for any foody looking for a well equipped kitchen, this is the place. As for the location, it is very central, a 5 minute walk to both beaches, a new cafe just opened up on the corner for those looking for fresh croissants in the morning and there is a great gym about 1 minutes walk from the apartment. Loved it... and we will be back :)

I had an incredible stay at Luxx Suites! The resort is stunningly beautiful, with a breathtaking pool and beach that truly feel heavenly. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with pristine bathrooms that add to the comfort of the stay. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality made my visit even more memorable. If I'm visiting Malindi again, Luxx Suites will definitely be my go-to destination. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and super spacious! The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was clean, and it was sooo comfortable. Since we had to work remotely, it was a perfect choice with two workspaces and fast internet. The location is about a 35-minute walk to the center, so it’s handy to have a local tuk-tuk contact as they’re not always around in front of the apartment. It’s not directly on the beach, but just a 10-minute walk away, which was totally fine for us. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the description is that you have to pay separately for electricity. The whole communication about it was a bit confusing, and the housekeeper told us not to use the AC too much because it consumes a lot of electricity—when in reality, AC was one of the main reasons we booked the place. In the end, the host and housekeeper were very helpful in helping us recharge the electricity, but this could have been easily avoided if it was clearly explained in advance by the host.

We stayed at Aisha's place with my family. The appartement was clean, cosy, comfortable, with air-conditioning in both rooms and a lovely shared swimming pool in the compound. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and gave us a lot of suggestions about what to do in the surrounding area. We will be definitely coming back, it was great value for money!

Had an excellent stay at Pam's place. Great location, on the beach, close to restaurants. The place was well equipped with everything you need. Pam is a great host, quick response. Can absolutely recommend the place

I loved the place! It was much more beautiful than the pictures could capture. There are only two downsides: Having no kitchen kind of defeats the purpose of booking an Airbnb, and secondly, all of the outlets in the house are wired for Italian electronics. You must have adapters, or you will not be able to plug anything in. Kenyan/UK plugs will not work. American plugs will not work. European plugs almost work, but they are loose and fall out. You will need Italian power adapters.

Rita was an absolutely wonderful host. She allowed us to check in earlier since we were travelling from far. In fact , she was awake when we arrived early in the morning to usher us in. The house was clean, spacious and super beautiful. The surrounding were green and well maintained. The staff at the house were really helpful and the place felt very secure. We enjoyed our stay at this house. We enjoyed the food that was prepared for us by the host and the chill and relaxing atmosphere created for the guest. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back again soon. Thank you for making our stay in Watamu memorable.

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and we were able to use it every day. The air conditioner kept us comfortable, and having a washing machine and iron was really helpful, especially with the clothes we brought. A cleaner came in regularly, which kept everything tidy. Getting to the main amenities and nearby cities was easy, and tuk-tuks were readily available to pick us up whenever needed. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend staying at Lucy’s place!

Susan’s place is a true gem. The beds were comfortable, always hot water and power, well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous pool and patio. Even niceties I dint expect like security cameras, house cleaning and a quality washing machine. You have all you need to live there autonomously. Next door is a great pizza place w vegan pizza and cocktails! Notes for families: the beach that is directly outside of Susan’s compound is not family friendly nor good for swimming (trash and khat chewers). But the cleaner swim able beach is just a 8 min Tuk Tuk ride away. Worth the distance to have such a gorgeous condo! The pool was shallow enough for my 5 yo to stand w her head above water but a short child or a younger child couldn’t stand. There is no “kiddie pool”

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It's in a great location, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house looks exactly like it does in the photos—no surprises, no disappointments. The view is stunning, and there’s a large shared pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean, and Silvia was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The location is unbeatable—it’s right on the beach, just a couple of steps away. Unfortunately, we visited during the low season, so we ended up going to Garoda Beach to swim. Still, I’m sure that during the high season, you can fully enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house. Overall, we had a great experience. If there’s one thing I would suggest improving, it’s the interior design. Replacing the bedsheets on the couches with proper covers would make the space feel much more polished—and truly deserving of more than 5 stars.
