Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

Amazing location, and accessible amenities made this a fantastic vacation for our family of 5. The condo was charming and nicely decorated and offered an ample supply of towels for a 4 day stay. Hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating of our requests. Might be our favorite Airb-n-b stay in 10 years!

Kate and Jeremy were wonderful! Their location was beautiful, the very second room off the road, saving you all that extra time driving around the parking lot. The place actually looks bigger than the pictures, and it fit my wife and I more than perfectly. The location was perfect, 45 minutes from Destin and PCB, but a perfectly peaceful beachside town. The local restaurants were all absolutely amazing, with grocery and many dining options just 1 mile from the room. This room was absolutely perfect for a getaway, a studio for a couple or even with a few kids would be great because of the pull out bed. The WiFi did go out a few times during our stay, but the weather was not the greatest so that could explain it. And the upstairs neighbors were a little loud but when you're in such a beautiful location, that's a price i am willing to pay 100% of the time. Kate and Jeremy have such a hidden gem and is worth a book!
