Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. BEST VACATION EVERY! Home was beautifully designed and perfect for our family. Only a few steps away from Camp Watercolor which saved us on Parking. The LSV made getting around a breeze and was so much fun to wave at other family’s in their LSV’s. the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs, as we were arriving late and over the weekend when the HOA offices were closed. All documents were sent over shortly after booking on the same day and intuitive to complete. We will be booking again. Until next time “Just Breathe”

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

Amazing space! Perfect for a couples get away. Amazing location and everything was brand new, clean and just all around a beautiful place to stay. The pool and outside pool hang out space is a great plus. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone. The hosts were quick and friendly with communication. Thank you!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.
