The house features a kitchen, large dining table, comfortable sofa, three bedrooms (5 sleeping places), washing machine and dryer. Free parking is available. Enjoy the veranda, terrace, large trampoline, and hop into one of the canoes to explore the natural surroundings. In the garden, you can relax in the hammock or on the lounge set.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Geweldig luxe gezinshuis aan de rand van het Ijsselmeer en onder de rook van Amsterdam. Met een eigen steiger, kano en hottub. In Uitdam is het elke dag vakantie. Kanoën, zwemmen, varen, surfen of suppen vanaf je eigen steiger in het pittoreske Waterland. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gerenoveerd. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

Waar alles aanwezig is voor een ontspannen verblijf voor 2-4 personen. Zeer geschikt voor een fijne vakantie of lang verblijf. Gratis fietsen voor elke gast en gratis kano's en een kajak beschikbaar. Ook is het mogelijk om een motorboot te huren of om zelf met de gratis kano het beschermd natuurgebied in te varen.

Heerlijk genieten in dit kleine groene prachtige huisje. Midden in een klein dorpje met een oud kerkje veel grasvlaktes, water, schapen, koeien en lieve dorpsbewoners. 14 minuten van het centrum van Amsterdam. Openbaar vervoer verbinding 5 min lopen. Met een Uber naar het Centrum van Amsterdam 18/22 euro. Dit huisje heeft een mooi privé terras aan de zijkant aan het water. De tuin is toegankelijk maar gedeeltelijk privé onze 2 kleine kinderen spelen daar ook.

A beautiful historic fishing village with various restaurants within walking distance. From Monnickendam, trips to Marken, Volendam, Edam, the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam are easily possible by car, bicycle and public transport. Free parking in the harbour. The houseboat is wonderfully heated. The houseboat is not for sailing yourself.
