This home has recently undergone complete renovation and is now ready to host its first guests! If you like silence and nature, this region is definitely worth it! Creeks, polders, forests and meadows are everywhere here. The perfect place for a walk or a pleasant bike ride. The Dutch border is nearby; Cadzand, Breskens and Sluis are a stone's throw from Bassevelde.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

The house is located in the outskirts, but only 5 minutes by car from Oostburg (4 supermarkets, shops and restaurants). Our guests also like to visit Bruges, Ghent, Middelburg and Vlissingen.
