Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Watthana

A rare find for a bustling Bangkok city. we found the space oddly located but at the same time exciting as you almost feel at home. As some had mentioned the home is next to a highway, but it is entirely private. zone out in the pool and just feel being part of the city. we even got coffee from the local aunty around the corner! we will be back.

It's my first bnb experience, made me felt very comfortable and friendly. The house is not located at CBD but not too far, and easy to find. Close to BTS station, lots of food venders and a 7-11 around corner. Totally shows Bangkok's local street, very suitable for someone want to explore local life and foodies. We had a wonderful week at lovely cozy house, wish can come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is big and beautiful with lots of room. The host was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The water pressure was good and the AC is cold. The washer was a bonus. We can definitely recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Aim's Airbnb in Bangkok! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was more than enough space for our group of three. Aim provided very clear and detailed self check-in instructions, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He was also very accommodating of our requests, like allowing us to drop off our luggage early since we arrived before check-in time. The location is excellent as it's close to the main road but still quiet and peaceful, with a 7/11 and a spa just around the corner. Plus, the BTS is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it super convenient to get around the city. Even though we didn’t meet in person, Aim was a fantastic host—always responsive and generous with recommendations for food spots and things to do around Bangkok. I would definitely love to book with Aim again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Sadek’s Japanese-themed home. The attention to detail made it feel like a real Japanese house. Everything was clean, well-designed, and felt like home. Sadek was a fantastic host — very responsive and friendly. We got to meet him, and he even brought us fruit when we arrived late and offered extra water when we ran out. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The only downside is the location — it’s about a 15–18 minute walk to the nearest BTS station, and some Grab taxis took time or canceled. But overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

Pariya place is by far the best I’ve stayed in Bangkok! The room and balcony exclusive to each level are exactly like the photos! Love the daily breakfast prepared by the 2 lovely girls living downstairs, they also do daily housekeeping while you’re out and laundry can be washed and ironed at a small fee. Pariya is also super responsive and accommodating. Location wise, it’s just a short walk to the famous Banthat Thong road, lots of food and massages around opened till late. Walk to National Stadium BTS is around 8-10 mins, if you’re lazy, there are always taxi bikes around the area. The only downside is to get to the unit (usually 3rd or 4th floor), you’ll have to climb stairs up. So travellers with elderly or heavy luggage, you’ll have to consider this. But the girls are helpful, so I’m sure they will lend a hand! Lastly, we had no issues sleeping, the house is located inside a small alley, so there was minimal noise even though it’s located close to the bustling area.

Enjoyed our stay here. Jane was super communicative and responsive. The place was decorated very well with many unique touches. Appreciated the various lighting options. It was clean and WiFi was excellent. Great balcony view and good location. The one downside for us was the pigeons calling the balcony their second home. The AC compressor is also outside right by where they do their business, so the AC air coming in is a bit stale and not very fresh. There’s a good air purifier inside which helps but something to consider if you’re sensitive.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Amm's place. The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed were comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive. I truly couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book this place again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free experience!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Host Miranda is very kind and always try to take care of guest. Condo is much better than expected and everything is working well. Gym and swimming pool are well conditioned . Location is perfect~nothing better:)

I enjoyed the month I spent in this apartment. Great location - close to the BTS. Nice apartment. Good building. Excellent pool and gym. Would definitely stay there again.

Three good weeks, two persons. We slept excellent here and could cook or prepare light meals fine. Water filter downstairs we used to refill for tea to minimoze plastic, The Commons also has refill. Very well equipped flat also with air purifier, comfortable with good bed and black-out curtains (also in sitting area) and silent to sleep. Many cafés. Villa Market nearby which is great and fruit vendors nearby, too many restaurants. Too large tv screen for the apartment size but good table (the flat is a little less than 40 m2 in my estimation. Listing should state m2 I think but it’s not done in airbnb). Ming responds fast to issues. Too far and too busy walk to BTS to do everyday. Taking the Thong lor bus got me to breath a lot of exhaust fumes so we started taking app car rides to get back. We like walking and walked to Phrong Pong and Soi 31. Ming hasn’t excessive rules apart from reasonable ones. We felt at home in the flat.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

Great apartment, with everything you need. The gym and swimming pool on the 49th floor are really amazing, with incredible 360 city views. B has been super nice and helpful, providing tons of good tips and adresses. The location is also very convenient, next to a BTS and MRT stations: perfect base for exploring Bangkok.

Great location, very easy check in

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Wonderful condo in a luxury building 2 mins from the MRT or 5 min AC walk to BTS + you’re in the heart of a super fun, active area. Highly recommend. The apartment was quiet and furnished with all the essentials. Stunning pool and lounge area with good views on the 35th floor - got for sunset lighting! Tony made everything super easy, provided clear instructions and had good restaurant and activity recommendations.

Yang's place is perfect for those who wanted a quiet place but has all the amenities nearby. On Nut is a local gem and you can find various food and market in the neighbourhood. The place we stayed are great and the staffs were friendly and kind. It's a great place and we will surely return if we come to Bangkok again.
