What a great hideaway. The cabin was snug and cozy. Had ample room for parking and turn around. Living space was clean, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the desired equipment for making meals. The cabin doesn't have central air or heat and the time of year we stayed had cold mornings, but there were enough heaters to keep the space cozy. We did not use the fire pit, but did use the propane grill. Though the grill is supposed to be self starting, it wouldn't, but the grill supplies had all I needed to start it. The hot tub was attempted, but with little experience and light instructions, it was not a successfully comfortable attempt. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing and relaxing weekend getaway! Michele and her husband were so helpful with instructions on how to get to the cabin and were quick to respond with any questions. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Our absolute favorite part was the view! We basically stayed in the Adirondack chairs on the deck our entire stay. We will most definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home tucked away on a rural mountain. The host has great attention to detail. Everything we could need was provided and the view was as advertised. This home is cared for well and the hosts make great effort to accommodate visitors. We chose it for a week of quiet getaway from life’s business and were not disappointed.

Amazing place to get away with the family. So many activities on the property that the kids wanted to be outside from the moment they woke up until they went to bed. Will definitely be back!

5 Stars – The Perfect Mountain Getaway! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled right on the water, the views were absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. We spent most of our time outdoors because there were so many great spots to sit, relax, and soak it all in. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening the space always felt peaceful and private. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so we were able to sightsee during the day and come back to pure comfort in the evening. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The lakefront hot tub was the cherry on top 🤌🏽 If you’re looking for a serene escape with nature right at your doorstep and easy access to one of the most beautiful parks in the country, this is it. Our family had a wonderful relaxing weekend. The views from the back deck throughout the day and evening are most impressive! The house is in perfect shape. The hosts were quick in replying and getting us set for our stay. They also let us know about the Bald River Falls that had just opened back up after the roads had been under repairs for about two years. Beautiful falls and scenic surroundings.Thanks for the tip!

Stayed here with my 68yr old parents, my best friend, her husband, and their 3yr old. This home felt so safe because of the thoughtful additions of handrails, under-stair lighting, and bolted down chairs on the dock! The home had everything we needed to spend quality time with each other! We enjoyed the kayaks, games, and especially the porch area where we completed a 1000pc puzzle. The property is beautiful, inside and out! The fishing was unbelievable the first few nights, my Dad had a blast!

We enjoyed our stay here in the Little Bluegill. Plenty of amenities, great lake access for smaller boats. We spent a lot of time on the back porch grilling and enjoying the weather. I would say the pros are new appliances to use, the inside of the house doesn’t struggle to stay at a comfortable temperature even at close to 90 degrees outside. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. My only cons would be if you bring a group some of the vehicles have to park in the grass which is on a decent incline, but it’s perfectly manageable. Larger boats may not be able to use the on site boat ramp, but there are plenty that are only a few minutes down the road. Bring plenty of snacks, not much for local restaurants but some of the marinas have decent restaurants. We enjoy “The Crows Nest” restaurant at Blue Springs Marina. As for our host Tim is very easy to communicate with and quickly responds which is always appreciated. He also allowed us to extend our stay without any dramas.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s very quiet despite being right on the road, but the location was right In the middle of everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again as we frequently visit this area.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the lake house. The place had a lot of amenities, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were plenty of little extras that made things convenient. The view of the sunset over Watts Bar Lake was definitely the highlight — peaceful and beautiful every evening. It was a great spot to unwind and take in the scenery. There’s no direct water access from the property, but Rhea Springs Day Park is only about a 10–15 minute drive away. It’s a good option for swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding, and it’s free before 8pm. Overall, a solid place to stay if you're looking for a quiet getaway with nice views and access to the lake nearby.

This was a beautiful location. Loved the peace and quiet. We recommended this to friends we were visiting for others that come to Tennessee. There was reception so if you can’t live without a tv you can use your phone.

The host was very helpful. Our experience was 5 star. The house is exactly what we needed and the property is very beautiful. I would defiantly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. The property is just like the pictures, very peaceful. We loved sitting by the fire pit at night and making s'mores. If we are ever back in the area this would be our first choice to stay again.

The place was beautiful but had its quirks. Easy to access in a low suspension vehicle if you are there for the Tail of the Dragon. The lights would flicker when you had water running. Kitchen was stocked for anything you may need. Overall, a great place!

The place was beautiful, clean, and everything that you ever needed it even had a crockpot a grill everything that you needed. It is so nice. I would love to have one myself. I love the bear pictures. Everything bears the only thing that we didn’t like was the scary Drivewayvery comfortable bed. Clean felt like home. The grandkids loved it.

Had a nice stay at the bear cabin. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was good. Kitchen is equipped. Plan to stay again.

Great place near Tail of the Dragon and Tapoco lodge/restaurant. Super quiet at night and great views of the lake and mountains. Cool layout, plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy the views sitting on the large covered deck outside. Dan was super helpful and very proactive. His instructions on how to get to the hours and check in is spot on. I will be back again.

It was a very personable experience. She was aware that we were there for our grandson's 1st Birthday. She left yummy cupcakes and a Birthday balloon for our arrival. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud too. So comfortable. They even dropped us off dry firewood to build a better campfire. A very memorable experience and we will be back.

From first communication richard was quick to respond,friendly and informative. Followed up during our stay to determine if there were any concerns. All went smoothly. Great host, great property. Would definitely rent this home again
