Lake house holiday rentals in Watts Bar Lake

My bridal party stayed and it was everything we could have imagined. Everyone felt right at home and there were plenty of beds available to accommodate 12 people. I felt like no one was crammed and we were able to get all of my bridal hair and makeup done for everyone! The place was amazing thank you once again for letting us stay there

Great place to stay. Perfect size for three people, and includes a pull out sofa which was more comfortable than expected. There is also a heated/air-conditioned 4-seasons room off the front bedroom that could accommodate an inflatable mattress if need be. Direct access to the Lake in the Sky is wonderful and so peaceful. If it has been raining or rain is expected, make sure to bring your mud boots, as the path to the dock can get pretty swampy. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loved this location and house! The living room was my favorite room in the house with its beautiful view 😍. Perfect place for a family with smaller kids between the pool, ping pong table and fishing. We didn’t end up bringing our boat but the fishing was awesome from the dock. We caught large mouths, shell crackers, blue gill, and crappie. Could not ask for more 😁

Such a cute place, and beautiful scenery. Came down from Chicago for my daughter’s graduation and could not have picked a better spot! Now I want to go back to just visit.

Rene's home in Tellico Village was one of the best rental experiences I've had over 20 years of renting . There's a reason for all of the high ratings Rene and his home receives. He was very proactive to all of my questions prior to the trip and responded within minutes. The description of the home and the photos were accurate. The furniture and the beds are comfortable and there are multiple TV's for multiple family members to enjoy. The bathrooms were spotless as was the rest of the house. The home is centrally located within Tellico Village and is minutes from Toqua and Tanasi golf courses, the Blue Heron Restaurant at the yacht club, the Marathon gas station and the Food LIon for groceries. Lenoir City is only 15 minutes away. Rene provides all of the little things as well: a computer screen in the kitchen that rotates through helpful reminders, things to do and restaurants to visit. The Keurig with K-Cups was a welcome treat for morning coffee. I highly recommend Rene's home.

Beautiful, clean home in a great scenic spot, right on the river. Plenty of parking, kitchen supplies, and household items. Fire pit and swing set were a wonderful surprise. Short drive to grocery and other stores.

Everything was wonderful we stayed there to be close to family who stayed at the Lake House. Having the kayaks was great the kids and adults both enjoyed them

Great lake getaway! Very relaxing and quiet property at the end of a cul de sac. Mitch was very responsive to any questions I had. The family loved kayaking, fishing, and playing on the property. If you enjoy hiking, there are some great trails nearby as well.

This property is exactly as pictured and described. No disappointments upon arrival! Some niceties that are not mentioned! Lots of start up items like coffee supplies, paper products, soaps, shampoos, hair dryers. A closet full of games and puzzles, plenty of towels and linens and a double set of washer/dryer units to use. We had all that we needed to enjoy our week. A spacious yard that afforded privacy, a firepit with split wood to use, a small beach area to easily launch the kayaks, lots of deck furniture to enjoy the views, and a hot tub to enjoy in the evenings! Our grandkids love this place and so do we!

This was a fantastic house for our family vacation of 12! Plenty of room for us to all spread out and didn’t feel tight at all. It’s a great space and location on the water. This house is STOCKED! Don’t stress if you forgot your fishing gear, beach towels, cooking utensils, coffee, spices, etc- they have it all! And The Big Green Egg was a huge hit for grilling! Fire pit location is awesome! Thanks so much for opening your beautiful home for us to make some great family memories!! Highly recommend!

This place is just like heaven. The view was truly breathtaking. The water was gorgeous. The deck was so inviting and the covered dock and swimming access was just perfect! There were kayaks and life vests at our disposal. We did NOT want to leave and we will be back as soon as possible!

Lake views were as beautiful as the pictures. The dock space was awesome and the host provided lots of floats and 2 kayaks. Check in was very easy. The covered patio was huge and a great place to eat and hang out. Our dog loved it too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to get out of the city and have a relaxing time on the water. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

We stayed at this airbnb because this place was not far from Howe Farms where our daughter's wedding took place. The space was great for accommodating all of us! Some places say 8 guests and you walk in and it really accommodates 5-6 people. This home definitely sleeps 8 guests and can accommodate more with air mattresses if you bring them! The neighborhood is quiet and it's so peaceful! We would definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful home ! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our whole family swam multiple times a day. We really appreciated all the extra amenities including extra towels , pool toys , & pack & play for the baby . The boys really loved kayaking & fishing. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. It was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Elizabeth was very responsive when we contacted her a couple of times. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

Erin was very quick to respond, even late at night. The home was clean and tidy. The area was tucked into a peaceful spot by the woods, but still easy to find.

My friends and I came down for a fishing tournament. The house was wonderful and very spacious. Plenty of parking for our 3 boats. The only issue we had was no outlets outside. We had to run an extension cord out the door to charge our boats. I would definitely book again sometime.

This was our second time staying in this property and we absolutely love it. The flat lot and nice dock make it perfect for the family. The house had everything we needed. John was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and the hosts went above and beyond to make it special — even surprising us with birthday balloons. The setting was stunning, with a gorgeous view of the lake, visits from friendly groundhogs, and the ability to bring our dogs, who had the best time. We loved kayaking on the peaceful water, relaxing on the spacious back deck, and cozying up by the fire pit in the evenings. The interior was newly updated with classy, tasteful decor and had every amenity we could have possibly needed — and more. When we asked about binoculars to better enjoy the view, the hosts thoughtfully provided a pair for us. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything so easy and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate or a more thoughtful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place. Perfect for our family. Traveling with an eight month old, she was downstairs with her parents and we were upstairs. Never heard a peep. The Hostess was so thoughtful. We hope to plan another visit in the future. Hopefully during the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful lake.

Wonderful place to stay. They have thought about everything. So much to do without even leaving the house. Would definitely come back. This place made our first trip to Louisville magical.

This is a fabulous place to stay on Watts Bar Lake! We fell in love as soon as we arrived. The location was peaceful and quiet yet close to the marina and getting around to other areas on the lake. The home was perfect for us and our friends and their daughter. We were so happy that our dogs got to come with us too. The outside deck and enclosed sunroom were both great places for us to enjoy a meal with gorgeous views. All the amenities in the house were wonderful too. I can’t recommend this place enough. When we come back to the lake, this is where we all want to stay again. On top of all of that, Christin was a perfect host! She was very responsive and provided great advice as well. Highly recommended!

John is an incredible host. He is friendly and available if you should ever need him. The accommodations are great. Cozy, clean with eveything you need plus some. His place is right on the lake with beautiful views. You can walk down to the water and swim if you want. He has two beautiful dogs that are so friendly and fun to play with.
