Free parking for 1-2 cars & only steps to beach! 1/2 block from the beach, restaurants and stores. Fast WiFi, cable, 2 TVs, kitchenette w/ dishwasher & basic kitchen supplies/essentials, deck w/ outdoor seating, laundry room w/ washer/dryer. We provide basic essentials, beach supplies & grill. The beach supplies include: cooler, wagon & chairs.

Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

Located mid-island, convenient to everything. Less than 5 minute walk to the Beach! This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.

Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
