smugglers retreat is a lovely, get away from it, holiday let. overall the apartment was very clean, 2 small quibbles, the crockery was a bit old, and the garden table and chairs were unusable. Neither of these things spoilt what was an amazing 3 night stay. Would definitely return as location was excellent, lovely and quite, all you could hear was bird song, and the waves on the sea. Sea Palling itself, is a lovely little village, with everything you need on your doorstep. Sarah was a very informative host, and even let us know if road closure on day of leaving, and told us alternative route

An idyllic getaway with easy access to a very large but quiet sandy beach. Sea shallow enough to paddle/swim in. Accommodation top notch with relaxing areas in the back (hammock) and front veranda. Polly has thought of everything within the house so you will want for nothing.

Lovely few days by the coast in comfortable and attractive property. Ideally located to hop over the dunes to the beach for a swim. The outdoor tap is very handy for hosing sand off. Parking narrow but for one car easier to turn around and pull in forwards and leave at end! More capable drivers would probably not have a problem! Nice area with friendly people. Refurbished pub promising food soon which will be great. Hickling and Ingham had nice food with a large tesco in Stalham providing everything else. Missing it already. Thankyou for letting us stay Karen. Just what we needed.

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!
