Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

Cody went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it. The unit is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. I loved how there were a lot of windows, the temperature was perfect and we were able to have them open for our trip.

My stay with Dick and Linda was perfect! It was the sweetest airbnb experience I’ve had. They were both so warm and welcoming, and their home was just as warm and welcoming! I felt right at home! Everything was very comfortable, and I very much enjoyed just sitting and chatting over breakfast with them in the mornings. Anytime I come back to Rochester, I’ll be there!
