Very clean, newly refurbished and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy parking outside too.

The flat is very clean and tidy, bed was extremely comfortable and the host is available at late hours.

Liked the apartment, would stay again.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Comfortable and well equipped. Warm. Dedicated parking space at rear of premises. Although adjacent to a main road the sound insulation is excellent. Good shower. Thank you, Luc.

Excellent place, easy check in as a lady waited for me. She showed me the codes into the building. You’ll need to give them more info when booking. Parking right opposite in a carpark but it wasn’t expensive. £3-4 for 24 hours.

lovely place to stay at up 2 flights of stairs, you'd think you'd hear people underneath but cant. on a main road so easy access for public transport. coop opposite and chippy underneath. overall such a brilliant stay and would recommend rather than staying in a hotel with no kitchen access and is probably cheaper

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

Lynda provides not only the most comfortable and wonderful accommodation but on arrival there is fresh eggs (from her own hens) jam, butter. Artisan bread and croissants. Fresh milk and freshly squeezed orange juice! Every need is catered for. The coach house is such a tranquil place, we wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. It’s just perfect. There are wonderful eating places within a 15-30 minute drive. Fantastic walks too. We cannot recommend The Coach house highly enough. It’s just fantastic!

We needed a place to sleeep and eat breakfast while attending a conference and this was perfect for us. As motorcyclists we needed to change before going to the conference on foot and Naomi let us check in early which made a big difference. The property is a converted garage and while tiny had all we needed. Safe off road parking for our bike. We would use it again. Sadly we never met Naomi as nothing went wrong.

Very clean and relaxing apartment. I and my family felt at home. My kids had loads of toys to play with. Tim was friendly and very supportive.

Perfect flat for us host was great at communicating

I’ve got to start by saying NOTHING was too much when asking this lovely Airbnb host and he was so incredibly helpful. I had to move from a different city and he allowed my bags to be left in the courtyard of the flat and then I came back after 3pm something I appreciated. The first night the Airbnb was bitterly cold, I have a medical condition so I feel the cold but the heaters helped massively and he even ordered an electric blanket for me which was so sweet. The kitchen had everything you needed, the bed yes is a bit squeaky but very comfortable indeed. It is only down the road to the local shopping centre, there’s loads lovely shops plus Asda for your food shop & Perry Barr station is a 2 minute walk away. All around an amazing Airbnb stay but please sort out the WiFi! I ended up using so much of my data up because it was so slow and couldn’t connect properly. Another note, any issues he ensured someone came to fix any issues which was so lovely! Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

My partner’s second stay here and, as on our previous visit, the flat was perfectly clean, comfortable, well-presented and in a great location. We both love staying here and look forward to returning.

Stayed overnight with 2 friends to visit the BP Pulse venue. Easily big enough for 3 . Really easy to find from New Street Station ( less than 10 mins walk) and regular trains to Birmingham International which serves the venue. Toiletries and tea/ coffee sachets provided and a bottle of wine too! Large Tesco Express a few mins walk away for supplies and kitchen well equipped. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable comfcomfortabcomfyus

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Allen was an excellent host, from meeting us for check in to responding to questions before and during our stay. We loved the location and convenience to grocery, restaurants, all of downtown Coventry, and easy access via bus and train to anywhere beyond.

My boyfriend and I stayed at chambers last night. We loved how decorated and clean it was. Once we arrived we went and got a Chinese Which is close by. Once settled we got straight into the hot tub and wow the temperature was spot on the jets was heaven on our backs. And just enjoying the evening as it came. We would love to stay over again Wish we stayed longer. Thank you chambers Hopefully talk to you again very soon.

For the price per person it’s incredible value, especially as the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room provide an excellent addition. It’s not luxurious but the beds are really comfortable and the shower was good. A great stay as we visited Hanbury Hall.

The host was great and the place was very clean. The location was close to everything the only thing I could say negative would be that the way into the apartment is long and if he wasn’t available to call I would of struggled however, he was very active and responsive.
