Everything was great! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is really perfect for switching off for a few days. Since the weather was not good with us, unfortunately we could not do so much, but otherwise there are nice outdoor activities. :)

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

Enjoyed very much, chalet feels very nice and I would love to come back.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

We were there the second time. Great accommodation and beautiful grounds. The large pool is heated and therefore great for the whole family even in not so hot weather.

A beautiful, cozy and family furnished house with really everything you need. You could spend good weather relaxing in the garden, but we could also spend rainy days well, because there were many opportunities for the children to work and play in the house and garden. Anoek was always available and was able to help us immediately with any questions. We felt very comfortable and spent a great vacation there! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, felt better than the pictures and was well equipped. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and gave us recommendations on the area. The train station to go to Amsterdam (in just 16 minutes) is just 10 minutes away and the walk has beautiful views of the river and 2 windmills. We really recommend Jan and Annette’s house!

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

Our family stayed at Ulrika's during our trip to Amsterdam. Loved being in a small community just outside the city. walked to and from the train station each day easily. Ulrika met us at check in and answered questions during our stay. would book again/recommend to friends.

After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and cozily furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, everything you need is available. The location is within walking distance of the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. From Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the main station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time. We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the accommodation! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We especially liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

This is a lovely, well decorated house with very nice garden for sitting out on warm summer nights. A 90 second walk from the supermarket and only a short distance from Amsterdam. If you’re looking for a place to stay to visit the city, then this is perfect. It took us 25 minutes to drive to the closest park and ride and then a 15 min tram into the centre. Thanks Mary-Ann.

The location of the house is very peaceful, in a very quiet place. A perfect place to relax. It is necessary to have your own car. Everything is as in the pictures. The host is polite.

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!
