Auf der Südterrasse im Garten können Sie morgens ungestört ihren Kaffee trinken. In 5 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuss den See und den Bahnhof sowie in 10 Minuten das idyllische Dorf mit Bäcker/Zeitungskiosk.

Our apartment in Huglfing is located between Murnau and Weilheim in a fantastic landscape with picture-book lakes, such as Staffelsee, Starnberger See, Riegsee, Walchensee or Kochelsee, which offers you local recreation in abundance: hiking, cycling, SUP, climbing and in winter skiing or ice skating – everything the heart seeking relaxation desires

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Am Ortsrand von Peißenberg wohnen Sie im großzügigen Dachgeschoss eines liebevoll sanierten ehemaligen Bauernhauses. Die große Fensterfront mit Balkon bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die umliegenden Wiesen und die Wallfahrtskirche Maria Aich. Peißenberg ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten im Pfaffenwinkel und Fünf-Seenland. Städtetouren in die Landeshauptstadt München sind durch die gute Zuganbindung ebenfalls leicht zu unternehmen.

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

The modern Alpine single-family house invites you to relax in a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. Whether cycling, hiking and skiing in the mountains, water sports on the lakes, the Upper Bavarian cuisine and yet the proximity to the state capital Munich, with us you are sure to have an unforgettable active vacation. Stylish tree house on the Kellerberg

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
