Absolut super Unterkunft! Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig, sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Äußerst sauber. Alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin war bestens, vor allem die hilfreichen Tipps zum Parken. Klare Empfehlung!

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Ich bin äusserts zufrieden, es hat alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gelegentlich hat man ein wenig Lärm gehört von einem Club. Ich kann die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen!

Toto ubytovanie si zaslúži 20 z 5 hviezdičiek! Najlepšie ubytovanie v akom sme kedy boli. Cítili sme sa tam úžasne a určite sa vrátime <3 Prekvapilo nás ako bol apartmán dokonale zariadený a plne vybavený. Nemusíte sa obývať, nič z toho, čo máte doma, vám chýbať nebude. Postel je neskutočne pohodlná, v kuchyni je množstvo spotrebičov, v obyvačke obrovská TV a celý byt je prestranný a je v ňom velmi dobrá energia. :) Kto zariaďoval ten apartmán mal vkus! Určite odporúčam na dlhší pobyt, nebude sa vám chcieť ísť domov, tak ako nám :) Krásne miesto, ďakujeme!

Cristina was super friendly and offered her help without being pushy. I loved the spacious, warm and clean apartment a lot. Spotless and so well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Dishwasher tabs and detergent were there, nothing was missing. I also liked the bed and matrace. I d stay there again.

Meine Eltern haben uns in Graz besucht und sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Gerhard hat prompt geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbere. Meine Eltern würden jederzeit wieder diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wählen.

We had a great stay at these apartments in Graz. The place was very quiet and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the photos – clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

Alles war OK! Nur beim Garagenstellplatz gab es anfänglich Unklarheit. Die Garagenplatznummer sollte auch in der Wohnung - z.B. beim Meldezettel - gut sichtbar aufliegen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Katharina ist unkompliziert, sie reagiert schnell und ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

The house is perfect, we have everything we need, enough space. It took us quite some time to enter the garage.

Wir konnten problemlos parken vor der Wohnung und flexibel mit einem Code in die Wohnung. Maxim hat sich rückversichert, ob alles klappt und wir alles haben, was wir brauchen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zu einem grünen Hinterhof und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist wunderbar ruhig. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen!

Tolle moderne Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Super sauber. Zur Wohnung gehört ein riesiger Balkon mit langem Sonneneinfall. Im Bett schläft es sich sehr gut. Ein großes Bad mit toller Duschkabine. Vom Tiefgaragenplatz kommt man bequem mit dem Lift zur Wohnung.

El anfitrion siempre se mostró super amable y receptivo y contestaba muy rapido. Sobre la casa la ubicacion fue inmejorable. El piso era muy amplio y todo funcionaba la perfección. Nosotras estuvimos viviendo 3 meses y no tenemos ninguna queja.

great walking distance to good restaurants, altstadt. apartment is like the pictures. would recoment!

Alles was man brauch. Bett sehr bequem. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Alles war schön eingerichtet und so wie es beschrieben war. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

The place is beautiful, the host already had the jacuzzi warm for us. She came to walk us through the house and explain everything. The terrace was locked, so we couldn’t go there, but we had a great time doing BBQ and spending time at jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxing.
