The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure activities here :-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail are prepared. Lakes, hiking trails (including the Way of St. James), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not too far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

The chalet "Bergahorn" with its approx. 185 square meters of living space and large terrace (about 100 square meters) with mountain views is very generously designed. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80) and a living room with a sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with electric charging station. Through the large terrace you have a great view over the Allgäu alpine meadows.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
