Centrally located along the St. Johns River, Moonlite Retreat is 100 yards from the main channel and 500 yards from Welaka Spring. Come sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over your private boathouse from the comfort of your private screen porch. Then leave from your boathouse and explore the St Johns River.

Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). Enjoy an evening grilling out on the upper patio or spend the evening on the lower patio with the brisk breeze off the lake.
