Holiday rentals with a patio in Welaka

Lauren’s home was a beautiful spot for our special occasion! It was walking distance to the nearby attractions and perfect in every way!

Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

A lovely apartment located behind the historic Kemp house. The location was close to downtown and in a beautiful historic neighborhood of Ocala. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. Jill Marie was in regular communication with me and readily available should I need anything. The check in was easy, quick and flawless. I look forward to visiting again!

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

This is our 4th stay and as always was PERFECT! Nice quiet clean place! Perfect for our group of 8! Beautiful view of the river and Perfect docking for 3 boats. Fishing cleaning station available to help in cleaning your catches of the day! Nice large dock for relaxing! Will most definitely be a return guest! Thank you!

George recommended a few local spots for entertainment, bait and groceries. The river house is easy to find and a very relaxing house with plenty of space. The dock with a screened sitting area, table and 4 chairs was a bonus. The kids used the crab traps and fishing poles and caught channel catfish, speckled perch, bluegill, stingrays and some crabs. We rented a pontoon from Welaka boat rentals and the dock to the river house is only 5 minutes from the marina. We headed up Salt springs run to Salt springs and swam with a manatee that come up to the boat. There is a nice smokeless fire pit with plenty of wood on the back patio with a picnic table, BBQ grill, several chairs and tables. All the beds were comfortable and there are plenty of linens with extra blankets/pillows. The long driveway to the River house has wild coffee plants, wild iris, blackberries, ferns, tall native trees, deer, turkeys and plenty of bald eagles and osprey for you nature lovers. Awesome quality time spent

Our stay was amazing, it was very peaceful away from all the noise. Enjoyed all the nature. Very clean place lots to do.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

The house exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and spacious inside and had beautiful views and vibes out back. We came specifically to explore the fl springs which were all in very close proximity to the house. The location was perfect for this! The house was truly stocked with all needs from kitchen supplies to all bathroom essentials and laundry needs. The office room was stocked and the games collection was awesome for all ages. The heated toilets was something we all laughed about but who knew we would miss them so much. Whitney goes above and beyond with stocking extras like everything to make s’more’s & homemade popcorn. - One thing to note is the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away and during our stay 3 out of the 5 available places to eat were closed. There was also no propane or lighter fluid for grilling at the house. So plan ahead to bring or request that.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

Very nice place to stay. Duke was very responsive and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Lake Kerr. It is centrally located between Orange Lake/Lochloosa Lake and Lake George/St. John's river. It is a pleasant 40 minute drive to either. Lake Kerr was also a nice lake to fish. Plenty of room for 19 foot bass boat with mega cab truck.

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. Everything went nice & smooth. Very responsive host, eager to please.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

I got my parents 5 nights here as their Christmas gift and they loved it! Great location! Super cute place with great pool and beach access!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
