Split level individual house. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 sitting areas, a dinning area, a full kitchen and an outdoor basketball hoop. Each room is furnished with a memory foam queen bed. There’s 2 couches upstairs and a large sectional downstairs for spending time with one another or watching a movie. Upstairs bath includes a shower/tub combo for the little ones. Central heat and AC, high speed internet, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Have fun with the whole family!

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.). Less than a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Broncos stadium & Union Station.
