Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Welby

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We had a great stay at Herbie’s place. It was clean and in a great location. He came out to greet us and give more detailed instructions to get in. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Squeaky clean .. quiet, great neighborhood with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, great access to downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain national Park, and all the other beautiful areas of Colorado.. you won’t be disappointed ! The host was very accommodating and very responsive.

Stayed 3 nights. It's a nice cozy place in a safe area close to Denver Downtown while visiting family in Boulder. It has all the amenities listed. We loved that it had 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the features the house provided.

Great location, fantastic outdoor area, and Kaitlin is a joy to interact with! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or girl’s trip hideaway.

The home was comfortable and had plenty of gathering space. Close enough to activities in Denver, and driveable to beautiful hiking. The hostess responds quickly and thoroughly to questions sent through the website. We would stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this one has to stand out as one of my favorites! My family needed an emergent place to stay after we all got hit with a bug and only two hours after booking did we end up at Nicole’s place. The kid’s toys, books, games and stuffed animals were life savers for tired parents who couldn’t play entertainer anymore. I loved the personal touches of this stay that many Airbnbs lack these days—a stocked kitchen with amenities such as coffee, honey, tea, etc., bathroom with all the essentials, comfortable beds. We lucked out finding a place that felt like a home away from home. Cherry on top was the only 15 min drive away from the airport, amazing!!

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This is such a beautiful cozy accommodations. Exactly as pictured! Super quiet, clean, great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy. Cozy linens. Super easy to access, great walkable location. Y'all, I have never stayed in an Airbnb that has this many amenities. If you needed it, it is there. There was every type of milk you could want left in bottles in the fridge for us to use and condiments for guest use. We were not there very long, but we spent every minute we could on the patio, what a gem! The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the towels were soft. Many people were out walking in the neighborhood and we felt very safe. I read nearly every review before I book an Airbnb, if that is you too, don't hesitate to book this place, you will love it!
