A caution as you set the maps. Their place is on 5th Avenue. 5th Street is 4 blocks away and Google maps put "street" up first. If you get lost, their place is opposite the Baptist church.

We needed a place to stay for 9 nights while we were waiting to close on our new home. We were relocating from Columbia, MO to the Greensboro, NC area with two pets. We had closed on our home in Columbia 2 weeks prior to arriving at Duke’s Place. We had been staying with friends. It felt so good to arrive at Duke’s Place and have it all to ourselves! We were SO pleased when we got there. It is an adorable, quaint little home on an isolated property with a pasture. The home was beautifully decorated and very up to date. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. I loved the beautiful soaker tub in the bathroom. There is a fenced back yard with a nice tall, wood paneled privacy fence that was perfect for our pets. Taylor is a wonderful host and was incredibly kind and responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Neat and tidy place. Julie is very responsive and friendly. Two bedrooms that can easily sleep 4. Not much to do nearby but great if you are looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.
