Cabin holiday rentals in Wellsboro

The place is right on a heavily used road. When you are out back you cannot hear the traffic but when you are in the living room you can hear a lot of trucks go by. We got use to it after being there for a day or two but just to let people know. Other wise the hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a little bit of snow so that was pretty too. Was a very homey place and would definitely stay again. We love places where our dogs are welcomed and they enjoyed themselves as well.

Ran out of towels due to the hot tub, but we were able to get more pretty fast. Everyone running the place was great and respectful of our time and privacy there. There's essential spices and dishes to cook. The hot tub was great, the hosts are great, place is great, worth my money for sure.

Although we only stayed at the cabin for one night, my fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was even more spacious than we were expecting. There was plenty of room for our pups to run around, they enjoyed it as much as we did! The hot tubs are “public” but they are right next to the welcome center, easy to access and so CLEAN! We were very satisfied and wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely book again if we find ourselves in this area again.

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at Shelly’s listing! It was cozy and inviting, and we all felt very relaxed and welcome. The pictures did not do this cabin justice! The cabin was beautiful and decorated for the holidays which is always so special! We had to book this listing last minute after we found out hours before check-in of another listing that the host double-booked us. Shelly was very quick to respond when I reached out last minute and saved the day. I’d love to go back with my family and spend the holidays here!

Great place right on the stream

Cozy cabin in a peaceful setting. We saw three elk in the yard during our stay. A whippoorwill stopped by for a visit each evening. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were perfect. The location is ideal for access to the valleys that run deeper into the wilderness to the North. This place has exactly what a rental in the PA wilds should have. 10/10 we will book this location again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, cozy, and just as described. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin at a camp site, very relaxing.

I booked this cabin for my mom and dogs to stay in while I was camping nearby at Cherry Springs State Park. It was so close to the campground which made it especially convenient for me to pop over and have lunch together for my birthday. The cabin was clean and peaceful. There were several walking paths around the property which was nice for my dogs. Also, the owners were responsive and knowledgeable about nearby parks, stores, trails, etc. My mom really enjoyed her weekend stay and hopes to stay there again.

Friendly and responsive host, very clean, comfortable and easy bisque cabin, we will be back again next year for our third time!

Comfortable and tidy in a safe, peaceful location.

Simply perfect! I spent the 3 days exactly how intended. The cabins location was just a short drive to multiple Grand Canyon trail locations ( purpose for this trip). At the end of the day, I was greeted with tranquility, river sounds and beautiful scenery to complete my restful evening. I was slightly taken back that there were no grills but I know for next time to bring my portable. By no means this was not or will not be a deal breaker. The community restrooms were beyond clean and not crowded at all. I think Crooked Creek has another regular customer.

Awesome host!!!! For my husband’s birthday, I requested surprise decorations ready at the cabin. Benjamin and his team were able to make the cutest arrangement!!!! Also, perfect amount of space for us and really enjoyed the view+ porch. So quiet + relaxing. This location is perfect for a beautiful walk to the Old Antlers Inn. The space is utilized effectively on the inside of the small cabin+ we really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view :)

This was the second time we stayed here. We love it! Very clean place with lots of room. We spend most of our time outside either by the fireplace or on the deck beside a gorgeous bank of flowers. You can watch the hummingbirds come to it every morning while you drink your coffee. I highly recommend this place.

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had at an Air Bnb! Wendy was so kind and accommodating and even made sure we had a pack and play and high chair on site for our baby! The house was clean, cozy, and we felt right at home. We truly loved everything about our winter vacation in this location! We will be back in the future! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the chaos with beautiful views!

Our last-minute stay at Camp Hiddenwell was just what we hoped for - the favorite mountain rental we've ever had! Mark and Missy were the best, most responsive hosts! The location is well off of the main road (no road noise at all) but still easily accessible by any car. There is plenty to do on there, whether watching the local fauna from the deck (bears!), fishing the stocked trout pond (our youngest is now hooked), enjoying a campfire, walking the neighborhood, or using it as a jumping off point for all the other activites there are in the area. (Stargazing, fishing, hiking, XC skiing, etc) The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and the gas grill inspires confidence (unlike some places with dirty/broken ones); Mark even put out an extra LP cylinder just in case we needed it! It has all the amenities even the less-outdoorsy could want: Cozy couches, wood burning fireplace, Starlink internet, and TVs in every room. Tip: They will turn off the dusk-dawn floodlight if you ask!

We stayed here for a fishing trip with some family members and had a great experience. The place was recently renovated, clean, and exactly what we were looking for, simple, comfortable, and convenient. The internet worked well, it had all the essentials and served as a perfect home base. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything even easier. The location made getting to and from our fishing spots quick and easy. Would definitely stay again for a trip like this.

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb, and it was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had. Both cabins were immaculate - clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to baby toys, every detail was considered, making it incredibly easy for us to settle in and feel at home. The property itself is stunning and clearly well-maintained. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making it a welcoming space. Communication was seamless; the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Whether you're traveling with kids or just looking for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway, this place is a hidden gem. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Our family Highly recommends!

It was very clean and neat, felt very homey and calming, and the extra mile that was done with the packet of all the things to do and emergency services and many more extras was a nice touch.

It was fantastic! I would recommend to everyone! Private, relaxing, was the perfect place to have friends and family visit. Jasper is pretty much the center to travel around the area, which is why we picked this Air BNB. There is a Dollar General, gas station with ATM. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Stephanie was very responsive to my questions. She was very helpful and friendly.

We (three families with little kids/toddlers) stayed at Chads place for 3 days during a cold spell that limited what activities we could do outside. Nevertheless, the kids had a BLAST with the books/toys/games at Chads place. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking lots of meals. The beds were warm and cozy and we had a good amount of space. Right next to the house is a hill that we went sledding on and explored and it was beautiful. The last night we actually got some clear skies and had a full view of the sky from just the hill so we didn't even have to go to Cherry Springs in the night! When we were worried about getting out of the driveway, Chad sent someone within 20 minutes to plow the driveway. Really appreciated staying there.
