This was a great apartment in a great location. Beautiful views of Perth and very comfortable stay.

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

very clean and sleek interior as the photos represent, great wide view of the sea, close enough to local amenities and easily accessible to the rest of Perth. Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

Mariam’s place felt right at home. She was responsive and clear with with the check-in instructions.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. There are more amenities in the unit than I am expecting. Response time from host is very fast. And they are always willing to help the best they can. Tidiness of the apartment is of high level. And all the items in the unit are quality ones. Hairdryer, cooking equipment and even toilet roll are high quality stuff. Unlike some other host who only provide you minimums. That represents a certainly level of respects from host. I recommend this unit to everyone. We have a good time staying there.

A great stay in a great spot with easy walking distance to the main strip of Subiaco and also the train station. Loved it!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

Great stay! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable - with a stunning view from the top floor. Located right in Perth’s CBD, it was an easy walk to everything. The secure car park was super convenient and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely home in a great area. Host was very responsive and generous with amenities and flexible to your needs. Luxury bed, linen and towels which was great. Would certainly stay again!

Such a beautiful little apartment. The apartment was spotless at arrival, perfect space for a short term stay. First Airbnb I’ve been to that supply’s cooking utensils, coffee machine etc. Five to ten minute walk to local coffee shops and grocery’s stores which was super handy. Quiet area, super peaceful. My sister and I stayed together and felt safe our entire stay. Highly recommend.

Great location - close access to trains & buses, set in the area of some lovely Federation homes. The apt worked well for my needs plus it was clean & neat, and Geoff & Lyn provided good written instructions for check in. Heater & hot water were both very good. Supermarkets within several blocks. Good communication with the owners throughout stay who answered my queries quickly. Would stay there again when visiting Perth for sure.

Imogen's place is super clean and tidy, in a great location with a lovely balcony view of the beach. Her instructions are clear and helpful and she's very responsive. The beds are comfy with nice sheets and all the extra amenities she provides (like shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash, beach towels, a coffee machine with pods, plus cooking oil and herbs and spices) makes a stay so much easier. We'd love to stay again.

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . A home away from home, mins away from Kings Park and just 3mins walk to Jacob's ladder that provides excellent panaromic view of the city. Kasia had also provided a selection of cereals, tea and coffee for breakfast. Apartment was very clean and all toiletries were provided. Kasia has also graciously offered us a late check out when I asked her about luggage storage around city. We will definitely choose to stay again if we go back to Perth for holiday.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Wow. What a stunning place!! Could not fault. Perfect for a winter getaway with the spa and fire. Stunning view. Can imagine summer is also amazing. Carlos was an excellent host. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work
