Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", einem kompletten, freistehenden Haus, nur für euch, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Unser Tiny House steht auf dem verwunschenen Gelände der "Alten Papierfabrik" in Neu Kaliß, dass direkt an einem Seitenarm der Elbe liegt. Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.
