Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. We wish all guests a relaxed arrival in our small and quiet apartment in the basement of our house. From here it is almost a stone's throw to the city center of Hamm or to the Higher Regional Court, the main train station or Alleecenter. Parking is available right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. By bus you are in approx. 7 minutes to the city center. On foot, you can walk 20-30 minutes through the renatured Lippeauen.

This 2-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette and dining area as well as a separate bedroom and a shower room. It is in our family home, which is located in a quiet residential area.
