Das Haus wurde 1934 erbaut und 2025 vollständig saniert – der besondere Charme der alten Holzbalken zieht sich jedoch weiterhin durch jeden Raum und erinnert an die Geschichte dieses einzigartigen Hauses. Du kannst hier mit dem Kanu eine Tour unternehmen, die Ruhe am Wasser genießen und bei Netflix & Disney+ abschalten.

Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

The apartment is officially registered and officially approved for short-term rental. This spacious 4.5-room apartment, renovated in the summer of 2021, stretches over 2 floors. It has a large, light-flooded living/dining area, 3 fully equipped bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. In just under 15 minutes, you can reach Münster's beautiful city center with the available bicycles (2x) and move as fast as real Münster residents.

We offer an apartment on our small farm. The apartment is about 32 square meters, has a small kitchen (without stove) and a shower room……it is completely separate, with seating outside. The bus and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and it is about 20 minutes by bike to the city center. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.
