The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Pets by arrangement

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Close to Old Town, Königsallee,..

Newly renovated non-smoking room with private bath and separate access to the staircase, very centrally located within walking distance of the Hofgarten, Rhein and the Altstadt. Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

We offer our small and fine studio with 30 m² on the top floor. Access is via the staircase and then via a roof hatch - see pictures. A private bell is available. The fully equipped kitchen is directly in the room, the bathroom is lockable. !! Many slopes !! Good connection to A59 + A3 Train station 750 m Parking only on the street, bicycles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard

Cozy - well-equipped apartment near fairground

You will find a comfortable attic flat new equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, led-tv, wifi and everything you need for a comfortable stay at a top location. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a listed building (KRUPP-Altenhof), rebuilt in 1998 renovated in 2017 and contineously maintained.

In this very good located flat you will have a double bed, underfloor heating, a big bathroom with shower and separated bath, complete kitchen ready to cook, big living-room with television and loggia (balcony) on the sunside of the house. Simply perfect beacuse everything is included!
