The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar is converted into a spa with sauna, whirlpool tub, sunbeds and fireplace

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
