Der alte Mühlenturm liegt in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Siedlung direkt im Herzen der Wesermarsch. Auf den vier liebevoll sanierten Etagen (ca. 100qm) mit altem Holzgebälk befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine kleine Toilette, Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein separates Bett und ein Schlafzimmer. Im Garten sind sind zwei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten u.a. am Wasser eines Siels. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Kinderspielplatz. Gast WLAN vorhanden!

As an agricultural culture heritage, we have our 2 te FeWo ready downstairs. We took over the style from the previous owner and further developed it. We call it" pretty rustic". Outside behind the house is a terrace and a seat opportunity under the chestnut. We only mow paths out of consideration of the animals that live here and seek refuge.. such as rabbits, hedgehog, pond mole, frogs, ducks, deer, butterflies and much more. Upon request, you can also book together upstairs and downstairs.

This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully appointed small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right in front of the door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located right behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.
