The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Our modern two-room guest apartment offers a small bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and two sunny terraces. The apartment has its own entrance via the garden. Parking is possible on the road, which has very little traffic. Due to the rural location, a car is recommended. Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, and the mountains in 50 minutes by car.
