Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The house includes living room, one double bedroom, another single bedroom (access via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.
