This is a elegant retreat on two levels including a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedrooms and living area. For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day. There are two entrances so your stay will remain private. The View is on a small estate

This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.
