Great place to stay with beautiful view and a great space outside for the kids to play

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Perfect little place to stay at for visiting Whitby. Very easy to walk to the town centre and very peaceful with fantastic scenery of the river and viaduct.

Lovely accommodation in a brilliant, central location. The cottage was spotless, with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bathroom, and very comfortable king size bed. When we next visit Whitby, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Arriving at larpool viaduct to Bridgett's House nestling underneath was just perfect!.. beautiful surroundings and so quiet! ducks on tap! quacking! the house was so nice.. everything you needed at hand.. a home from home! bliss to sit and have a cuppa tea and enjoy the view on one of 2 balconies! a perfect stay with my family! would highly recommend Bridgett's beautiful home! would definitely go back!... p.s. the Yorkshire water is great for a cuppa tea! p.p.s great big mugs for tea which we loved cause we're tea jennies! vinegar in the cupboard! proper! p.p.p.s we got to watch the latest series of the white lotus with the very generous inclusion of SKY! thanks Bridgett!

Great couple of nights in Whitby. Really central great location. House was lovely and reflected pictures. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the porthole cottage. Lovely inside and out. We loved the history of the house, the area, great location - right near everything you need in Whitby! Great communication with the host. Will be booking again!

The cowslip retreat was beautiful. There was a huge hamper waiting for us and the dogs and a fresh loaf warm in the bread maker. Every detail in the apartment was beautifully done and all to a very high standard. Great enclosed garden with stunning views. I can honestly say it was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in.

We had a great weekend at the Pirates Palace. The house is quirky & well equipped. The beds are so comfortable & the pillows are so soft. The stairs up to the loft rooms are a bit steep so would not be easy if you have mobility issues. The house is conveniently situated within a short walk into town. There is a large Co op, bars & restaurants. The station is at the bottom of the road if you are travelling by train. Would recommend taking the Big Yellow Bus tour up to the Abbey ruins it was interesting to hear all the little snippets of how Whitby was back in the day. The bus stops by the Co op. Robin Hoods Bay, Staithes & Runswick are all worth a visit but very steep, be prepared to give your legs,heart & lungs a good work out!! A good time was had by all

Larpool mill was exactly as we expected, beautiful house and peaceful surroundings, we did have a couple of issues whilst we stayed but they were both sorted immediately. I would highly recommend Larpool Mill we had a lovely family stay , even the baby enjoyed crawling around the garden I would always recommend a visit to the butchers in Ruswarp especially if you intend to BBQ .

We all had a great time staying at Ben’s place. The location is great and not far to walk from the train station and also the coop for your essentials. His home is very comfortable and everything is there what you could need. Definitely the best house with a sofa we have stayed in so soft and roomy. The area around is nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again. Ben was also very helpful and answered straight away with any issues you may have.

Great spot in the middle of town with easy access to the pubs, bar and restaurants all around the harbour. Only a 4 min walk from the Magpie or across the bridge to the best pizza in town at Moutreys. Quiet location even though you’re in the middle of everything. Great for our work trip.

Mariner’s Moon is an absolute knock-out. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and is beautifully and stylishly designed and decorated. It’s super comfortable, thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped and brilliantly organised with everything you need for a stay - including if you happen to be a dog with a penchant for stylish bedding! Mark and Mark have added friendly touches including a welcoming bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits, plus butter and milk, all of which makes things much easier on arrival. The house is on a quiet street a few minutes’ walk up the hill from the centre of Whitby, meaning it’s out of the immediate touristy area but an easy base to reach anywhere in town. There is even a view of the Abbey from the back bedroom window. All in all, my friend and I had a brilliant stay and I’ve already recommended the house to others. All Airbnb should be like this!

Excellent stay

Had a great stay in Salty Sam's. Very cute little place in a great location! Its right in the middle of Whitby old town and down a quaint little alleyway off the main street. Really close to the harbor, pubs, shops and the Abbey. Parking is tricky for a longer stay but we found a great spot next to the allotments just round the corner from the Abbey car park, free and its just a nice short walk down the 199 steps to the airbnb. Would definitely reccomend to anyone going to Whitby!

We have a great stay at Falcon Terrace! The home was clean and had everything we needed ! Very comfortable and just a short walk into Whitby! Christian replied to our messages really quickly and very kindly allowed us to leave out luggage at the property due to a car issue on our last day! We had a fabulous time away celebrating a family birthday! We would definitely recommend Christian’s place and will definitely be booking again in the future !

The flat was easy to find and access. I found it comfortable and everything was spotless. It had excellent facilities and matched those described. Esay access to the prom and town centre.

This is a wonderful house full of character; it's like it's been on a National Trust property. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would ever need. I would not hesitate to stay again.
