It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

370 Mumbles Road is located across from Mumbles Sea Front some 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village and 4 miles from Swansea City . Adjacent to the promenade and cycle path. The apartment is part of a four storey town house with private access down four steps to the lower ground floor . With our one double and a twin bedroom and also lounge sofa bed it can sleep up to 6 guests.
