The apartment was exactly as described and in the pictures - fantastic value and very smart in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Gordon is incredibly professional and we’re really glad we chose to stay here. Some amazing hiking around the Loch too.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The house is warm and cosy with all amenities. The mattresses could be better but the bedding and pillows were nice and clean. The stairway to the property is outside and could do with some updating. There were enough parking spaces to park our car. It’s in a perfect location to visit Balloch and Loch Lomond. Thank you. 😊

Lovely apartment/flat in a quiet village. Walkable to the shops. Apartment had everything we required. Very clean and tidy.

Instructions were clear and we had no trouble finding the place. Street parking - we found a few spots within 2- 3 mins distance. The home was kept very clean and aesthetic; we loved the vibe. Kitchen had basic amenities. We also loved the fact that footwears were provided for indoor use ❤️. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quite place. 🤍💫 Note - the flat is on the second floor. Heads up if you are carrying heavy luggage up the stairs.

Beth's place was so lovely and well located with a 2min walk to the train station, 7min walk to the Sainsbury's grocery store and 20min walk to restaurants. Our flight arrived earlier than check-in and Beth was nice enough to allow us to check in early. Beth also helped us track down a taxi number when it was time for us to depart! The house itself was well decorated, comfortable and quiet and had ample space for our group of 4. There's also a nice little dvd collection which made for a lazy rainy afternoon of laying around watching classic movies; the tv is also a smart tv, so we started that same night with guided drawing as a family via Youtube. We were able to catch the train quickly to downtown Glasgow and downtown Edinburgh, and explore both quite easily. Once in downtown Glasgow, it was a 10min walk to catch the tour buses so all in all, everything was pretty easy to get to from Beth's place. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Gary’s apartment was absolutely spotless upon arrival, easy instructions to get in the property with key pick up available at reasonable times. Perfect location for me currently working locally Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Lovely 2 night stay in a beautiful location surrounded by cattle and a beautiful walk nearby to the home.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the cottage. We couldn't get enough from the stunning views. The location is perfekt for exploring the Loch Lommond area. We loved the boat cruise on the lake from Balmaha, hiking up conic hill and walking through the RSPB Reserve. James was always available when we had questions.

Loved staying at Carolines place, really cosy, clean and all the mod cons needed. Would definitely recommend it, and if I am needing a place to stay in this area again I would definitely re-book.

wonderful weekend spent here with our two young children. the private Loch area was lovely and the local village was a wonderful haggis trail which we thoroughly enjoyed! the food at the local pub is also great! the lodge was pristine and well equipped for a relaxing stay. the hit tub was immaculate although I would have preferred it a little more private. I would stay in a different lodge to resolve this in the future. it didn't impact our stay however. everyone from the lovely gentleman at reception and cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. we couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Genuinly an amazing place to stay with friends

I seriously want to gatekeep this house, but it is so incredible and needs to be shared. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. There were so many welcoming touches and it truly felt like home. The beds were comfortable, the rooms so spacious, the showers amazing (my gosh the water pressure, what a dream). We had everything we needed and more. The home and grounds were just stunning. We walked to dinner two of our nights and ate in the others. The history of the carriage house was so cool; the kids loved finding all of the hidden touches. Kylie and Scott were warm and friendly and we are so grateful they shared their home with us. We had the best hiking trip in beautiful Scotland and we were very sad to leave. I definitely hope to be booking a return trip soon.

Lovely house in nice surroundings. It had everything you needed for cooking and a great spacious livingroom for relaxing. The tennis court was a nice surprise and was used most afternoons by all generations ( kids to Grandparents!). Only a 15/20 min drive to Balloch and Balloch Castle.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

Jill was very friendly and sought to make sure we were settled in well. She prepared a well-stocked refreshments area and all the amenities necessary, which was much appreciated. We had the whole top floor to ourselves and the views of the loch were peaceful and serene. We had a great stay!

A very beautiful place in a perfect location! Would recommend for sure. Tip on parking: Parking outside on the street was a bit tricky for us as the parking app to pay wouldn’t work for our US phones. If you plan to park on the street be sure to have several pounds in coins to pay just in case.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

The apartment is located beautifully right next to lake long so we enjoyed coffee and coffee and diner looking at the beautiful scenery. The apartment is spacious and provides everything you need. We’ve never checked in into an Airbnb as beautifully equipped and carefully stocked as this apartment. There was free drinks and even food and a very special welcome for us. Communication was always quick and easy, proactive and helpful. Would recommend the apartment anytime - we had the best time!

If you are coming to Helensburgh, this a perfect place for 1 person or 2 people sharing a bed. Spotless and centrally located. Really cannot ask for more and I would choose Cahrlotte's place over a hotel. Easy walking distance to everything
