Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

Loved staying here! This place has so much sunlight and is really clean and spacious. They also have great appliances and all you need to make a home cooked meal. Jarret was responsive and even accommodated an extension that I requested. Highly recommend!

Afam's unit was perfect for our needs. We came to New Haven for a class reunion, and the unit was surprisingly close and convenient to the university. It was an easy and safe 1 mile walk to campus, and a 5 minute drive. The living room felt homey and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, with super comfortable mattresses and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with strong water pressure. Afam was very communicative and friendly, answering my questions and offering great suggestions. You can't go wrong staying here. You'll be so happy you did!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very spacious, more than I thought it would be. It was a really quiet neighbourhood and the apartment block itself was very quiet, too. The hosts responded very quickly to everything. It has everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable. A really nice stay.

Tarik’s Elm City nest is spotless, attractively decorated and well located. It is so close to the State Street train station that you will hear the occasional piercing whistle, but otherwise the apartment is peaceful and very pleasant. Tarik was a helpful and gracious host, accommodating our needs and communicating clearly and promptly.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Milford! Each room/space was spotless, the furniture was super comfortable, and everything was stocked well. They clearly want their guests to feel at home. We appreciated how flexible and understanding the hosts were for check in and check out. Plus there were so many incredible walkable restaurants/bars nearby- and the hosts gave lots of great recs! We’ll definitely book again here next time we’re in the area!

This is a must stay. Even if you aren’t doing a pizza crawl in New Haven, the place alone is worth the stay just for the vibe!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Barbara’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The house is full of charm and character, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Barbara & Patty were incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our 3rd time staying here and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

Pamela’s home felt like home away from home. This place has all you would need for your restful stay with lots to of close things to do and great places to eat. We loved her home for all the privacy, comfort and quite neighborhood it’s always nice. We woke up ro birds chirping every morning. Private parking was a must for my family and her place provided it. We will calm her home our CT home when we need to go back and visit. Thank you for all your hospitality. Until next time.

Pristine and chic, every detail was well sorted out from distinctive furnishings to lightings and amenities. Comfy beds, pillows paired with perfectly posh linens. From the moment I booked, she was friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive—always quick to answer any questions and made sure I felt completely taken care of. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything I could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel like home. The location was also perfect not too noisy, safe, and close to everything I needed. Erica truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great visit. We felt at home immediately and were able to have a home base as we celebrated a special occasion with family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and super clean. Kitchen was large and well equipped allowing us to cook some lovely family dinners. The living room with huge tv and super comfy couches was perfect place to relax after a long day of running around! Thank you for providing a place for our family to come together and enjoy.

The place was immaculate and Shawn is an amazing host. He responds quickly and ensures his guests are consistently good to go. Nice location, convenient to lots of things in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

This was the perfect place for a few day trip to visit New Haven. I was only ever a 10-20 minute walk from the house and it is on a quiet street. There are a couple other rooms occupied but I almost never ran into any one else! If i did people were friendly. The kitchen came in handy and the other amenities were appreciated (wifi, clean bathroom, other furnished and comfy common spaces). I think the most gratitude I felt was at checkout when I was delayed in leaving and I was quickly accommodated. Thanks to Naomi for the lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Brittany is an incredibly kind and responsive host. Everything in her place is pristine and lovely, making for very comfortable accommodation! From an easy check-in to a great location for enjoying all the local activities and restaurants, it’s a great choice. I do wish I’d taken the very few reviews that mentioned street noise more seriously because one of my family members is a very light sleeper and had an extremely hard time with the constant traffic that doesn’t really end at any point in the night or early morning, and the beeping at the crosswalk (we think that was just a temporary issue given no pedestrians were crossing most of the time). The noise machine and ear plugs that Brittany thoughtfully provides didn’t help them, unfortunately.

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.
