The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Little Rock is a unique and tranquil getaway set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7.3 miles to the Jurassic coast. The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.
