Lovely little cottage, beds were super comfy! Garden was very pretty and conservatory was nice to sit in and look out on.

The cottage was everything advertised and more! Jim and Caroline were extremely attentive and provided some lovely touches for our arrival. We ate at the hotel in the village ( 5 minute stroll) and went into London from Borough Green ( 3 minute drive) it was a perfect base for getting around the wonderful Kent countryside and it certainly lives up to it cosy cottage name. We will be back … 5 stars

Really enjoyed our stay for a few weeks following a move from abroad. Nice remote location with a lovely large garden. Easy parking at the front of the house. Thanks to Claire and Maurice for their hospitality.

Very easy check-in, clean and just as you see in the pictures. I used Tom’s place as a base as my daughter was trialling local ballet school. It was perfect for our needs and I really appreciate the easy check-in message! Thanks
